In addition to the in-school curricculum, students at The Southover Partnership also have access to external providers:

These experiences help our students to understand how to care for and work with animals, and have a significant therapeutic impact. Some students also work towards relevant academic qualifications in animal care as part of these activities. 

Some Key Stage 5 pupils may attend a split placement while staying enrolled with us as a part of their college / university transition. This allows them to stay a part of our nurturing environment and also get specialist teaching, as part of their preparation for independent adult lives.
