John Feltham, Headteacher, Woodlands School

I’ve worked with the Southover Partnership, and particular the director Carol Frankl, for over 20 years. I’ve worked with Carol in a range of contexts, in schools that have needed a large amount of support to successful and outstanding schools. Within that time I think that nearly every area of function has been supported by Southover Partnership very successfully. That could range from curriculum design and development, assessment, teaching and learning, organisational change and structure, school improvement planning, research and development within school. It’s an organisation who support I value clearly, and an organisation that I intend to keep working with for many years to come.
