Our expert staff are invited to teach on courses run by external organisations.

National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCo)

Carol Frankl runs courses for the  post graduate National Award for SEN Coordination for the Institute of Education and the University of East London. Both courses are run on an outreach basis in the local authorities that commission the courses.  The advantages of studying locally give students an in-depth local perspective on current issues and the opportunity to meet and debate issues with local colleagues.

These are year-long courses and are mandatory training for all SENCos appointed after September 2009. To find out more please visit the Institute of Education or University of East London, contact your local authority or contact us at info@southoverpartnership.com.

“The seminar was great; attendance was in a small group which worked well as participants were able to talk about their own children in detail with Carol, who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with advice and information for the group.” Sophie Burnett, Sep 2014.
