The Southover Partnership School receives a 'Good' Ofsted report with 'Outstanding Elements'

December, 2011

The Southover Partnership, one of the UK’s leading, independent special needs organisations, announced it has received a good Ofsted Report with outstanding elements for its school.   The Southover Partnership School, known for providing full time education for young people with social, emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties as well as children with autism and those at risk of exclusion, is proud and delighted with the result of its recent Ofsted inspection. The Southover Partnership School operates a unique curriculum which was identified by Ofsted as ‘outstanding in its breadth’ and  ‘meets the needs and interests of students who have not previously succeeded in other schools’.  The Southover Partnership School’s flexibility is its strength which enables students to engage in education when this has proved very difficult in previous placements.  Ofsted also acknowledged The Southover Partnership School as being ‘highly successful’ in helping students to develop their personal skills and their self-esteem.  This recognises the high quality, respectful relationships between staff and students and the calm and consistent approach from all staff at the school.     For full details of The Southover Partnership School Ofsted Report click here  or contact us
